Jessica and all the staff did an excellent job taking care of the funeral arrangements for my mom. My mom looked so awesome. I’m very thankful. Jessica is very caring, comforting, helpful, a beautiful soul and an awesome woman.Very glad she was the one helped us. Prayers for all of you as well.

My dad passed away in 2023 after a long illness. He had planned and paid for the arrangements prior to passing with the help and guidance of Jessica Routledge. When he passed, she was the one to bring him in and take care of him. She was literally with us every step of the way. The care and dedication she and others at Parker showed us was second to none. I would highly recommend Parker to those who have lost a loved one!

I live in California and my mother in law passed away in Joplin Mo. I couldn't make the service so when I was on speaker phone with my family as they were talking to funeral representatives they said they would stream it so we could see it. We'll they didnt. I called them right before service started and they said they were having trouble with it and would get it fixed. They did not. Never even called me back to tell me. My niece who was present said they told her we didnt ask for it to be streamed. Not true! Had my California family gathered at my house to watch together and now we will never have that memory. Very hurt and disappointed.

If you need a service live streamed do not use Parker mortuary, they told us they would stream it on Facebook and neglected to do so! When questioned they told our family that was present they didn’t know we needed it, although it was specifically discussed at the meeting beforehand.

Hands down best experience for a basic cremation for my mom. Bill was a very kind understanding person to work with and when it came down to me struggling with expenses while running out of time he made sure to ease my stress and finalize the cremation as needed in a timely manner. Highly recommend!! Thanks again for all your help🙂

It's been a few years since my mom passed away. Parker mortuary was kind during that hard time for my family. I'm leaving this review because to this day it haunts me.... every time I drive by all I can think is how when I went to pick up my mother's remains they cared so little that they gave me the wrong person. I had somebody else's loved one and I had to come back the next day and I'm wondering if I even received the right person the second time? Did they just slap my mom's info on a random container? Did she go home with somebody else? If you have any kind of power to do so I recommend using a different business. When i got the wrong persons remains I think her name was Vera Vivian Kuhn or maybe it was Kuhl ... it had just about everything from their name to DOB and even had their SSN I believe. If somebody got my mom they could have faked her identity. They never even apologized..... the woman who helped when I went back the next day just kind of looked at me. So now anybody I come across I tell them about this. I'm still hurt from that.

All of the staff at Parker mortuary are phenomenal! They went above and beyond for not only on arrangements and every complication that came their way with insurance but with the happiness and well being of my child and the whole family! I can’t express the piece of mind they gave at such a hard time.
